We are seeking a dedicated and skilled South Indian Meals Master to create authentic and delectable South Indian dishes. As a South Indian Meals Master, you will be responsible for ensuring that each dish is of exceptional quality and always maintains a delicious taste. In addition to cooking traditional South Indian meals, you will also be expected to prepare additional food if it runs out during service. Managing kitchen operations, overseeing inventory, and upholding impeccable hygiene standards are also key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Preparation and cooking of traditional South Indian meals - Cooking extra food if required during service - Ensuring consistent excellence in all prepared dishes - Managing kitchen operations and inventory - Upholding high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen Requirements: - Proven experience as a South Indian Chef or Cook - In-depth knowledge of South Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques - Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to perform well under pressure - Effective communication and team leadership skills - Demonstrates discipline, positivity, and absence of negative habits in the kitchen This position offers opportunities for full-time, part-time, permanent, or internship roles with a contract length of 12 months.
