Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to lead the culinary operations as Head of Department at The Postcard on the Gir Wildlife Sanctuary. The Sous Chef will curate multi-cuisine menus, manage the kitchen team, and ensure the highest standards of quality and service. As guest interaction is an integral part of this role, the candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage guests with culinary stories and personalized experiences.
