This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef located in India. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Executive sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high standards of food quality. The Sous Chef will also be involved in menu planning, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Additionally, the Sous Chef will oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring that each dish meets the hotel's standards of excellence.
