Role & responsibilities

Assist the Head Chef in managing overall kitchen operations

Handle menu planning, cost control, and food planning activities

Supervise kitchen staff and maintain high culinary standards

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene norms

Oversee inventory and procurement of raw materials

Innovate and design new dishes as per client preferences

Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams

Preferred candidate profile

56 years of industrial catering or large-scale kitchen experience

Expertise in Indian and Continental cuisine

Strong knowledge of kitchen operations & cost planning

Good communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage a team and maintain quality under pressure
