Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations. As the second-in-command in the kitchen, the Sous Chef plays a key role in maintaining food quality, staff coordination, and kitchen efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing daily menus and food preparation. Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food is prepared to high-quality standards. Monitor food stock and place orders as needed to ensure consistent supply levels. Enforce strict hygiene and food safety standards in accordance with regulations. Oversee kitchen cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of equipment. Train, coach, and evaluate kitchen team members to improve performance and productivity. Step in and lead kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef. Contribute to menu development and cost control measures.
