Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Staff and kitchen management: Supervise kitchen staff, assist in hiring and training new employees, and create work schedules.
  • Food preparation: Direct the preparation of dishes, ensure food quality and consistency, and maintain food safety standards.
  • Menu development: Help create and write menus, develop new dishes, and oversee pricing.
  • Inventory and ordering: Track inventory, manage stock rotation, and order necessary supplies from vendors.
  • Operational oversight: Ensure kitchen equipment is functioning correctly and maintained, manage kitchen workflow to meet service demands, and handle administrative duties.
  • Leadership: Fill in for the executive chef when needed and manage the kitchen in their absence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
