Location: Boutique Resort, Wayanad, Kerala

Are you a culinary expert in South Indian & North Indian cuisine with a passion for authentic flavors and creative presentation?

Join our boutique resort in the heart of Wayanad’s lush hills, where sustainability meets exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare authentic regional Indian dishes (Kerala, Tamil Nadu, North India, etc.)
• Assist Head Chef in menu planning & kitchen operations
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
• Ensure hygiene, quality, and food cost control
• Work with fresh, local ingredients to create memorable dining experiences

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Indian cuisine
• Strong knowledge of Indian spices & regional techniques
• Malayalam, English, or Hindi proficiency a plus
