Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Tranquil Resort, Wayanad, Kerala. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and resort facilities are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. You play a vital role in providing guests with a welcoming and enjoyable stay. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain guest rooms according to resort standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and floors. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Replenish towels, linens, and guest supplies as needed. Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost-and-found items to the appropriate staff. Assist with laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing. Ensure proper use and care of cleaning equipment and supplies. Follow all health and safety protocols. Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, responding to their requests promptly and professionally. Qualifications: Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good physical stamina; able to lift, push, and pull moderate loads. Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
