Sous Chef Arabic

You will be assisting the Executive Chef in planning and preparing traditional and contemporary Arabic cuisine. This includes supervising and coordinating all kitchen activities to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation. Your responsibility will be to ensure all dishes meet established standards for taste, presentation, and portion control. Additionally, you will train, guide, and motivate kitchen team members to maintain a positive and professional kitchen environment. Your role will also involve managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs while minimizing waste. It is essential to ensure adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations as per HACCP standards. Collaboration with the Executive Chef to develop and update Arabic menu items based on seasonal ingredients and guest preferences will be part of your duties. During service hours, you will oversee mise en place, cooking, and plating, maintaining proper storage and labeling of food items. In the absence of the Executive Chef, you will be required to step in and fulfill their duties.
