Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sourcing Team Leader to oversee and drive real estate sourcing activities for our Central Mumbai projects. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of land sourcing, redevelopment, and joint venture opportunities, along with a strong network of channel partners and brokers in the Central market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate potential land, redevelopment, and JV opportunities across Central Mumbai.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, and property owners.
Conduct market studies, site visits, and feasibility assessments for new opportunities.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and technical teams for deal evaluation and closure.
Monitor team performance and ensure smooth execution of sourcing processes.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 48 years of relevant experience in real estate sourcing.
Proven track record in land sourcing and redevelopment projects in the Central market.
Strong channel partner and broker network.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sourcing team.
