Sourcing Supervisor

The Sourcing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the procurement and supplier management process, ensuring that goods and services are sourced cost-effectively, on time, and in line with company standards. This role supervises sourcing activities, evaluates vendors, negotiates contracts, and supports the supply chain to achieve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day sourcing and purchasing operations.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost savings and quality compliance.

• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or service.

• Maintain and update sourcing records, supplier database, and performance reports.

• Develop sourcing strategies to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3 -5 years of experience in procurement/sourcing, with at least 12 years in a supervisory role.

• Knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement systems, and contract management.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
