Job Description

Sourcing Manager

Location: Mumbai.

Role & Responsibilities

Build, onboard, and retain a curated network of high-performing channel partners across South, South Central, and Central Mumbai, dominated by the structured and unstructured business community.
Equip, train, and align partners with bespoke sales kits, 1-on-1 briefings, and immersive sea-facing lounge walk-throughs.
Maintain an exclusive CP network aligned with ultra-HNI buyer profiles and legacy market sensibilities.
Leverage deep-rooted access to business families, especially within gems, jewellery, metals, and paper trades.
Engage influential connectors across Zaveri Bazaar, Kalbadevi, Bhuleshwar, and Charni Road, as well as South Central Mumbai including Lower Parel, Parel, Kalachowkie, and adjacent precincts.
Map key families and trusted advisors who shape high-value property decisions.
Act as a sourcing concierge, ensuring every touchpoint reflects elevated customer experience.
Monitor partner performance, lead quality, and buyer feedback to inform sourcing strategy.
Stay attuned to competitor activity, pricing trends, and shifts in HNI buying behavior.
