Role Overview: As a Sourcing Manager at Kenvue, you will be part of the Sourcing Operations organization in the procurement pillar. Your role involves providing best-in-class, cost-effective financial, compliance, procurement, and enablement solutions to Operating Companies globally. Reporting to the Global Sourcing Operations Director, you will be based in Bangalore, India. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full end-to-end sourcing process, driving supplier negotiations and ensuring performance in terms of service, quality, and delivery. - Execute sourcing events, evaluate results, and communicate with suppliers as needed. - Lead a Sourcing team managing different categories, overseeing and optimizing daily operations, ensuring optimal resource allocation, and prioritizing projects to drive maximum value. - Set clear departmental objectives in collaboration with senior management, communicate effectively with the team, and provide regular updates and escalation reports. - Determine requirements for contract creation, negotiate full contract terms in line with Kenvue guidelines, and manage the contract execution process. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of sourcing and 2 years of leadership experience, along with contract management experience. - Proven managerial experience with the ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive departmental performance. - Strong knowledge of purchasing policies, contract negotiation, and supplier management best practices. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams. - Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and deliver results aligned with organizational goals.
