Job Summary: Sourcing Profile As a Sales Executive in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties to potential clients. Your primary goal is to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals that align with the company's objectives. The role involves effective communication, market research, negotiation, and maintaining a strong understanding of the real estate market trends. Establish and cultivate relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. Provide personalized service and guidance to clients throughout the buying or selling process. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Property Presentation: Showcase properties to clients through effective presentations, property tours, and virtual walkthroughs. Highlight the unique selling points of each property and address client questions and objections. Set and achieve sales targets in accordance with company goals and objectives. Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards.
