Sourcing and Purchase Manager

Position: Sourcing Executive – Herbal portfolio - dry extracts, natural essential oils, rare herbs

Experience: 4–5 years

Preferred Candidate: Male

Should be ready to travel

Location Okhla Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

Source and develop vendors for dry extracts

Visit factories and vendor sites for evaluation, quality checks, and relationship building

Coordinate with internal teams for sampling, pricing, and approvals

Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers

Maintain updated database of vendors, product specs, and market intelligence

Requirements:

4–5 years of experience in sourcing, sales, or purchasing in the herbal extract/nutraceutical industry.

Must have strong technical knowledge of dry extracts (plant part usage, assay methods,

standardizations, etc.)

Willingness to travel frequently across India to identify and evaluate new vendors

Strong negotiation, communication, and documentation skills

Proficiency in MS Office

Education:

Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or relevant technical field - optional

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
