Job Description

Archease Solutions

is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing & Procurement Executive to join our growing team.This role is critical in supporting our architectural and engineering teams by ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, products, and solutions. If you have a keen eye for quality, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple vendor relationships — we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Source and evaluate vendors based on price, quality, and reliability
Request and compare quotations, and maintain detailed comparison reports
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
Maintain and update vendor and product databases
Coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements
Track deliveries and ensure timely procurement

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Basic understanding of materials used in architecture/interiors/construction
Proficiency in spreadsheets and documentation

Preferred

Prior experience in the architecture, design, or construction industry
Familiarity with project-based sourcing requirements
