As a Solutions Engineer II at Vimeo, you will be a vital part of the Solutions Engineering team, collaborating with a wide range of customers to understand and assess their needs and effectively communicate how Vimeo's platform can address those needs. You will primarily focus on introducing video capabilities to major global Enterprises through an innovative, intuitive, and secure video platform. Working alongside dedicated colleagues who share a passion for video technology, diversity, and inclusivity, you will embody Vimeos" core principles: - Champion The Customer - Customer satisfaction is our top priority - Chase Excellence - Continuous learning and resilience are key to achieving excellence - Own It - Taking ownership and leading with integrity are fundamental - Say It - Embracing diverse perspectives and taking united action are crucial - Believe In The Power Of We - Collaborative efforts lead to greater achievements - Think in 10x - Bold innovation and pushing boundaries drive progress Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with companies across various industries to understand their needs and provide solutions for video hosting, monetization, and live streaming requirements - Conducting value-based demonstrations to showcase Vimeo's exceptional features as a subject matter expert - Analyzing customer requirements, designing and validating solution workflows, and documenting these for internal and external stakeholders - Assisting prospects in planning and executing RFPs, product evaluations, and security questionnaires - Contributing to product development by gathering and sharing customer feedback with Product and Engineering teams - Growing both technically and professionally in a collaborative and inclusive environment through continuous learning and knowledge sharing Key qualifications and skills you should possess include: - 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Architect in a SaaS environment - Proficiency in enterprise technology, including knowledge of technical and security challenges, and integrations into SSO and network environments - Effective communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams - Strong customer-centric approach and the ability to work independently with a positive attitude - Understanding of live and on-demand video workflows is preferred About Vimeo: Vimeo is the world's leading video experience platform, enabling users to create high-quality video experiences that foster connection and bring ideas to life.
