Solutions Engineer

Your role will involve building a modern service management platform to help growing businesses reduce operational complexity and drive business success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide technical support to sales teams and clients throughout the sales process. - Conduct detailed technical discovery, product demonstrations, and showcase the features and benefits of our solutions. - Address technical questions and concerns from potential and existing clients. - Scope out customer business cases and scalable solutions for complex use cases. - Design and develop tailored solutions to meet customer-specific requirements. - Work closely with sales and implementation teams to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales support. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong technical background with experience in ITSM and ESM technologies and software. - Experience in handling mid-market/enterprise deals, including long deal cycles, RFPs, and flawless deal handovers. - Excellent value-selling, presentation, and communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly. - Ability to understand and address customer technical requirements effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills with critical and creative thinking abilities. - Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Comfortable supporting clients in UK timezones.
