Job Description

As an Associate Director at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in re-imagining the Future of Finance and shaping large-scale Digital finance transformations. Your passion and expertise in Record to Report (RTR) Practice will be instrumental in designing Best in class F&A Processes for Fortune 500 clients across various industries. **Role Overview:** In this role, you will lead and shape winning proposals for RTR BPM deals, drive sales growth in existing accounts, originate deals in collaboration with market sales teams, and co-innovate to lead the Transformation agenda for clients. Your deep domain expertise in RTR and Treasury will be pivotal in developing RTR capabilities through Thought leadership and technology-driven product development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and shape winning proposals for RTR BPM deals - Drive sales growth and mining in existing accounts for specific MUs and industries - Originate deals working with market sales teams and Account leadership teams - Create value propositions in deals, lead client orals, workshops, and other key sales effectiveness activities - Co-innovate and lead the Transformation agenda for clients - Develop RTR capability through Thought leadership and technology drive product development - Demonstrate deep domain expertise in building future finance propositions - Perform diagnostic/due diligence, client co-design workshops for existing and prospective clients **Qualifications Required:** - Hold a post-graduate finance degree such as CA, CFA, or MBA (Fin) - Possess deep Domain expertise in RTR and Treasury - Have hands-on operations or transformation experience in RTR within industries like CPG, Retail, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Media, Hospitality, Healthcare, or Financial Services - Have delivered at least 2 large-scale RTR deals or Tech - Have led RTR Transformation for large global clients - Be well-versed with Industry Digital RTR/Treasury technologies, leading tools, automation, AI, and Analytics - Develop strong client relationships, drive client dialogue at GPO and CFO level, and shape and deliver value-led finance projects - Be a solid team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy, project-oriented environment - Possess excellent leadership and communication skills - Be action and results-oriented, self-driven, analytical, quality-focused, and adaptable - Be flexible to travel and adjust to working shift patterns aligned with projects - Have experience in process diagnostics, blueprinting, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel If you are ready to be a trusted CFO advisor and contribute to shaping the future of Finance, Accenture is looking for someone like you to join our dynamic team and make a significant impact in the world of Finance & Accounting services.
