Solutions Architect

You will be responsible for architecting and leading the development of a scalable Voicebot backend using Node.js and Python. Your role will involve building, managing, and optimizing conversational AI workflows including TTS, STT, and NLP. You will define system architecture, data pipelines, and microservice integrations, while providing architectural guidance to backend teams across all product verticals. Collaboration with product and DevOps teams for deployment strategy will also be a key aspect of this role. To excel in this position, you must possess deep knowledge of Node.js and Python, along with a strong background in LLM, NLP, and designing AI-driven voice systems. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, microservices, and API architecture is essential. Prior experience in voice technology or contact center technology would be advantageous. This role is based in Bhopal/Hybrid and requires a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.,
