You will be leading the design and implementation of enterprise-scale finance automation solutions as a Solutions Architect for Finance Solutions. Your strong finance domain knowledge and technical architecture expertise will play a crucial role in driving the project towards success. Collaboration with the team is essential to ensure that the solutions align with the required standards and add value to the organization. - Proven Solution Architect experience in product companies, focusing on Fintech and Enterprise software - Proficiency in System Architecture, API design, and working with Microservices and C4 Modeling - Expertise in programming languages like Python or Java, experience in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) - Deep understanding of Finance & Accounting principles (Ind AS, IFRS, GAAP) and experience in ERP integrations (GL, AP, AR) - Hands-on experience in P&L management, Reconciliations, Automation processes, and Compliance requirements - Ability to engage effectively with clients, exhibit leadership skills, and provide mentorship to the team Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Solutions Architect in the finance sector, preferably in product companies specializing in Fintech or Enterprise software - Proficiency in System Architecture, API design, Microservices, and C4 Modeling - Strong coding skills in Python or Java, familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and experience with Docker/Kubernetes - In-depth knowledge of Finance & Accounting standards like Ind AS, IFRS, GAAP, and hands-on experience with ERP integrations (GL, AP, AR) - Experience in handling P&L, Reconciliations, Automation processes, and Compliance requirements - Excellent client-facing, leadership, and mentorship abilities for successful project outcomes,
