The Solution Specialist will develop and automate business workflows using Microsoft Power Platform tools like PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and PowerBI, including RPA initiatives.
Take full ownership of projects from requirements gathering, scoping, implementation, testing, to ongoing support. Design and implement system integrations, connecting diverse data sources for scalable solutions.
Maintain, support, and enhance existing application infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. Ensure all solutions stay aligned with industry standards and the latest Power Platform advancements.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Will be responsible as a developer specializing in the Microsoft Power Platform, PowerApps, PowerAutomate & PowerBI.
- End-to-End Automation will drive efficiency by designing and building powerful, cross-functional applications that automate complex business workflows, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives.
- Full Lifecycle Ownership for taking ownership of solutions from initial requirements gathering and scoping through to implementation, testing and ongoing support.
- System Architecture to gain practical experience in system integration, connecting disparate data sources and building robust, scalable solutions.
- Technology & Enhancement: Proactively maintaining, supporting
- Enhancing existing application infrastructure, ensuring all solutions are optimized and align with the latest industry standards and Power Platform advancements.
Qualifications
You have:
- B.E./B. Tech. degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or Electronics (or a related field).
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in Software Development experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Deep experience required across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- SharePoint Proficiency experience with SharePoint Online, including development using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and older tools like SharePoint Designer.
- Database Skills with working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server for data querying and management.
- Automation/Scripting proficiency with Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) within MS Excel and MS Word.
- Data & Reporting with experience with building dashboards and reports using tools such as Microsoft Power BI (highly preferred) and/or Tableau.
