Role Overview

We are looking for a Solution Specialist – Directory Services to support and enhance Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms, focusing on secure, scalable directory and authentication services in hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support Directory Services (AD, Entra ID, ADFS, PKI, DNS)
• Manage IAM incidents, service requests, and root-cause analysis
• Improve IAM security, performance, and service reliability
• Support development and integration of IAM solutions
• Enforce security policies and compliance standards
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams

Mandatory Skills

• Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD)
• PKI, ADFS, DNS, LDAP, Kerberos
• Authentication protocols: SSO, SAML, OIDC
• MFA, Conditional Access, Azure AD App Proxy
• Hybrid (Cloud + On-Prem) IAM environments

Good to Have

• Entra ID Connect, PAM/PIM
• IAM scripting & automation
• Microsoft Sentinel & Defender
• Relevant Microsoft / IAM certifications

Qualification

• Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
• Strong troubleshooting & ownership mindset

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
