As a Solution Lead at Wipro, you will play a crucial role in driving innovative solutions for clients in the F&A & HRO Vertical by: - Demonstrating a deep understanding of business processes to identify key problem statements and collaborating with experts to develop technology-driven solutions. - Evaluating existing technology solutions and incorporating industry insights to enhance offerings through strategic partnerships. - Developing solution artifacts and value propositions that align business processes with technology solutions. - Building relationships with stakeholders across functional, technology, and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. - Utilizing strong communication skills to respond to RFx and present solutions to clients in coordination with onsite sales teams.
