Senior Solution Engineer

Required Qualifications
10+ years overall IT work experience
•
8+ years in design/development experience in enterprise applications.
•
8+ years experience developing in Object-Oriented programming language.
•
2+ years of hands-on cloud implementation experience. GCP preferred.
•
Hands-on technologists with coding skills and proficient in modern technology stacks (Cloud, DevOps, Kafka etc.) Demonstrable experience is a must.
•
SME level understanding of APIs, and microservices-based architecture is a must
•
Understanding of both SQL and NoSQL database technologies as well as Cloud database technologies.
•
SME level understanding of cloud design and architecture for one or more public cloud provider (Azure, AWS, preferably GCP) to deliver large-scale distributed solutions across the full enterprise stack
•
SME level technical skills in the following areas: application, data, integration and, security architecture/design
•
Experience working with technologies that work as glue between modern applications and legacy infrastructure, for example Apache Kafka
•
Experience in enterprise development tools and methodologies (XP, Agile) including DevSecOps and DataOps
•
Facilitates adoption of cloud-native/cloud-first architectures.
•
Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
•
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
•
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
•
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
•
Adept at business intelligence
Preferred Qualifications
•
GCP Architect cloud certification is preferred.
