WatBox (by Inno Valley Works) is a Salesforce-native WhatsApp and SMS integration platform. We help businesses transform customer engagement by enabling seamless communication directly within their CRM.

Role Overview:

Business Analyst (BA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and map them to WatBox capabilities.
• Conduct product demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and presentations for prospects and customers.
• Gather, analyze, and document client requirements in CRM and customer communication workflows.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to align customer needs with product features.
• Assist in preparing solution proposals, demo scripts, and sales collateral.
• Act as the first line of solution advisory during presales conversations.
• Capture feedback from prospects to contribute to product improvements.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in a 

  CRM background

   (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
• Strong understanding of 

  customer engagement workflows

   (sales, service, or marketing automation).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and explain technical product features in business language.
• Experience in gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and preparing BRDs/FRDs.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and/or integrations is a plus.
• Prior exposure to 

  WhatsApp, SMS, or digital engagement tools

   is desirable but not mandatory.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in presales, solution consulting, or client-facing roles.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, or SaaS platforms.
• Certification in Salesforce, Dynamics, or other CRM platforms.
