We are looking for a high-performing Solution Consultant to lead solution design and consultative engagements for our enterprise customers. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and delivery, and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and has a strong grounding in customer engagement technologies.
Youll be responsible for crafting tailored solutions that blend AI, CPaaS, and CCaaS capabilities, shaping strategic proposals, and influencing business outcomes for customers across industries such as BFSI, Retail, Marketplaces etc.
