What you will do :

• Client Needs Analysis

  : Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with clients to understand their business challenges, existing infrastructure, and future technology goals.

• Solution Design & Architecture

  : Develop and present comprehensive tech enabled solutions. This includes creating system architectures, defining hardware and software components, detailed solution document and outlining implementation strategies.

• Technical Demonstrations & Presentations

  : Lead product & solution demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients, showcasing the value and functionality of our solutions.

• Market Intelligence

  : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the smart building sector.

• Compliance & Standards

  : Ensure all proposed solutions meet relevant industry standards, compliance regulations, and best practices.

• PoC

  : Plan and Conduct PoCs at office and client site to effectively demonstrate the solution capability as per client's requirement.

What we are looking for :

• Experience:

  6+ years in technical pre-sales / solution architect / engineering roles within the physical security domain.

• Technical Skills:

  Strong expertise in video surveillance, access control, and physical security technologies.

• Networking:

  Solid understanding of IP networking, system design, bandwidth planning, and cybersecurity best practices.

• Certifications:

  Manufacturer certifications (Genetec, LenelS2, etc.) preferred; CPP (ASIS) is a plus.

• Communication:

  Excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills; ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.

• Problem-Solving:

  Strong analytical approach to identifying vulnerabilities and designing tailored security solutions.

• Travel:

  Open to travel for client engagements and site support if required.
