You will be part of a dynamic team at Forestlinc Tech Private Limited, where the focus is not just on building systems, but on growing a forest of transformational technologies. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Conducting client needs analysis by engaging in in-depth discovery sessions to comprehend their business challenges, current infrastructure, and future technology objectives. - Designing and presenting comprehensive tech-enabled solutions, which includes creating system architectures, defining hardware and software components, preparing detailed solution documents, and outlining implementation strategies. - Leading product and solution demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value and functionality of our solutions. - Keeping abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the smart building sector to ensure that our solutions remain innovative and competitive. - Ensuring that all proposed solutions adhere to industry standards, compliance regulations, and best practices to deliver high-quality and secure outcomes. - Planning and executing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) both at the office and client sites to effectively showcase the solution capabilities based on client requirements. We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications: - Experience of 6+ years in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or engineering roles within the physical security domain. - Strong expertise in video surveillance, access control, and physical security technologies. - Solid understanding of IP networking, system design, bandwidth planning, and cybersecurity best practices. - Preferably holds manufacturer certifications (e.g., Genetec, LenelS2) and CPP (ASIS) certification would be a plus. - Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. - Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical approach to identifying vulnerabilities and designing customized security solutions. - Willingness to travel for client engagements and on-site support as and when required.
