Solution Architect

You are a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect specializing in Java technologies, responsible for designing and implementing complex software solutions. Working closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and business leaders, you will develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance architectures that align with the company's strategic objectives. Your key responsibilities include designing high-level solution architectures that are scalable, secure, and meet business requirements. Leveraging your expertise in Java and related technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, and JEE, you will create robust and efficient systems. Collaborating with business stakeholders, you will translate their needs into technical solutions. In addition, you will lead cross-functional teams, provide mentorship to junior team members, and ensure smooth system integration. Your role also involves creating comprehensive architecture documentation, optimizing system performance, and continuously evaluating and enhancing systems for high performance, scalability, and maintainability. As a qualified candidate, you should have proven experience as a Solution Architect or Software Architect focusing on Java-based technologies. You must possess a strong knowledge of Java frameworks and tools, experience in microservices architecture, cloud computing, and containerization technologies. Exceptional problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and leadership qualities are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, with a preference for a Master's degree. Preferred qualifications include experience with enterprise-level systems, familiarity with DevOps practices and automated testing frameworks, and knowledge of security best practices and regulatory requirements.
