Solution Architect
Full time | 7+ Years Experience | Job location - Chennai, India
We are looking for a Solution Architect who can architect and deliver end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business goals. The role requires strong understanding of enterprise systems, integration patterns, cloud architecture, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and cost-effective technical solutions.
Education
- A Bachelor s/ Master s degree in Engineering or related field.
Desirable skills
- Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work with cross-functional engineering, business, and product teams.
Technical skills
- 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or system design.
- Strong understanding of multi-system architecture involving CRM, ERP, custom apps, APIs, and cloud services.
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP services and solution patterns.
- Expertise in integration patterns - REST, Webhooks, message queues, event streams, ESB, API gateways.
- Strong fundamentals in security - IAM, OAuth2, SSO, encryption, token-based access.
- Experience with designing scalable cloud-native solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the JavaScript based technologies including Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Experience with serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, etc.).
- Expertise with SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
What you will do
1. Solution Design & Architecture
- Analyse business requirements and convert them into solution-level architecture.
- Design high-level architecture covering integrations, data flow, security, IAM, and system interactions.
- Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and integration specifications.
- Evaluate technology options, SaaS platforms, cloud services, and development approaches.
2. Cross-System Integration
- Define data exchange patterns between applications, services, and enterprise platforms.
- Work with engineering teams to design APIs, messaging, event-driven flows, or middleware-based integrations.
- Ensure systems interoperate securely, reliably, and with minimal latency.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with business owners, product teams, and leadership to define solution scope.
- Work with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility, timelines, and implementation clarity.
- Communicate architecture decisions, risks, and trade-offs to both technical & non-technical stakeholders.
4. Governance & Standards
- Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and organisational architecture standards.
- Define best practices for application integration, API standards, cloud utilisation, and scalability.
- Support pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses, cost estimation, and architectural justification.
