Experience: 10+ years overall, including 5+ years in Solution and/or Enterprise Architecture Must-have: Strong Commercial Banking experience Key Responsibilities & Skills Define target state architecture and high-level solution design across business, application, data, and technology layers Strong expertise in Cloud-Native Architecture, Microservices, API Design, Event-Driven Architecture, and Database concepts Experience in monolith-to-microservices migration Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across functions, domains, and geographies Evaluate solution options and deliver end-to-end designs aligned with enterprise strategy Excellent communication and negotiation skills Preferable: Knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate or other architecture frameworks Preferable: Exposure to regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, PSD2, ISO 20022 Domain: Strong background in Commercial Banking, with understanding of integrations to Payments and Core Banking platforms
