Solution Architect (Java)

Role Overview: As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software solutions using Java technologies. You will collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and business leaders to ensure the delivery of scalable, reliable, and high-performance architectures that align with the company's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop high-level solution architectures that are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements and technical capabilities. - Utilize your deep knowledge of Java and related technologies (Spring, Hibernate, JEE, etc.) to design and implement robust and efficient systems. - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Lead cross-functional teams, providing mentorship and support to junior team members in the implementation of technical solutions. - Create comprehensive architecture documentation, including design diagrams, deployment models, and technical specifications. - Ensure smooth integration between various systems, applications, and services for effective system integration. - Continuously evaluate and optimize systems to ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Software Architect, or similar role with a focus on Java-based technologies. - Strong knowledge of Java frameworks and tools (Spring, Hibernate, JEE, etc.). - Experience with microservices architecture, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to effectively lead and mentor teams. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).
