Key Responsibilities: Architecture Design: Develop high-level solution architectures, ensuring that they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements and technical capabilities. Java Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of Java and related technologies (Spring, Hibernate, JEE, etc.) to design and implement robust and efficient systems. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Leadership & Mentorship: Lead cross-functional teams, guiding them in the implementation of technical solutions. Provide mentorship and support to junior team members. Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive architecture documentation, including design diagrams, deployment models, and technical specifications. System Integration: Ensure smooth integration between various systems, applications, and services. Performance Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize systems to ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Software Architect, or similar role with a focus on Java-based technologies. Strong knowledge of Java frameworks and tools (Spring, Hibernate, JEE, etc.). Experience with microservices architecture, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master s preferred). Preferred Experience: Experience with enterprise-level systems and large-scale applications. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks. Knowledge of security best practices and regulatory requirements.
