Solution Architect (Java)

As a Solution Architect at our company, your role will involve designing and implementing complex software solutions using your expertise in Java technologies. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and business leaders to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performance architectures in alignment with the company's strategic goals. - Develop high-level solution architectures that are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements and technical capabilities. - Utilize your deep knowledge of Java and related technologies (Spring, Hibernate, JEE, etc.) to design and implement robust and efficient systems. - Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of technical solutions, providing mentorship and support to junior team members. - Create comprehensive architecture documentation, including design diagrams, deployment models, and technical specifications. - Ensure smooth integration between various systems, applications, and services. - Continuously evaluate and optimize systems to ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Software Architect, or similar role focusing on Java-based technologies. - Strong knowledge of Java frameworks and tools (Spring, Hibernate, JEE, etc.). - Experience with microservices architecture, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Effective leadership and mentorship abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).
