Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Solution Architect with 8 to 13 years of experience in the IT Service & Consulting industry, specifically in insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing innovative solutions for clients.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Design and implement scalable and secure architecture for insurance products and services.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for solution designs and implementations.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for insurance technology and operations.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in insurance.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of insurance products and services, including life, health, and general insurance.
Experience with IT service management frameworks such as Agile or Scrum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and technologies, including Java, Python, or C#.
