🌐 About the Project:

We’re building a state-of-the-art Single Sign-On and provisioning platform for the global Deutsche Telekom ecosystem. You’ll work at the intersection of identity, authentication, authorization, and cloud infrastructure—enabling secure access to tools and platforms across all business units.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Design end-to-end IAM and provisioning solutions across hybrid cloud environments

✅ Guide agile teams with architecture blueprints and technical consulting

✅ Align IAM strategies with enterprise architecture and security standards

✅ Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams

✅ Maintain architecture documentation, solution context, and governance practices

🛠 Tech Stack & Tools:

Microsoft AD, Azure AD / Entra ID, One Identity, SavvySuite

Authentication Protocols: SAML, OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect

Cloud: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud

Microservices, APIs, CI/CD

Integration with SAP S/4HANA, HR systems, and virtual desktop services (VDS)

✅ What We’re Looking For:

✔ 10+ years in IT, with strong architecture & IAM expertise

✔ Experience with directory services, provisioning flows, and DevOps pipelines

✔ Familiarity with frameworks like TOGAF, ArchiMate is a plus

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Working knowledge of programming (Python, Java, etc.) preferred

✔ German language skills – optional, but a bonus!
