Job Description

Role Overview: As a Solution Architect at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to lead architectural design within a business area that has true customer and colleague impacts. You will be responsible for creating an architectural vision in alignment with the business, providing technical solutions for customers and colleagues, and owning the end-to-end assurance to meet business needs. Your role will involve acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) that the business trusts to realize their aspirations in driving the business forward and challenging the status quo with new thinking. Collaboration with a team of like-minded architects will be essential to find the right technology solutions for various business areas. Key Responsibilities: - Leading architectural design within a business area with significant customer and colleague impacts - Creating an architectural vision aligned with the business and providing technical solutions for customers and colleagues - Owning the technical solution end-to-end to satisfy business needs and creating scalable solutions - Acting as an SME whom the business area trusts to realize their aspirations and drive the business forward - Challenging the status quo and welcoming new thinking for continuous improvement - Collaborating with a team of architects to find the right technology solutions for business areas - Demonstrating leadership over a team of architects, providing direction, and delivering architectural solutions - Managing large-scale changes and delivering effective solutions - Managing stakeholder relationships at the CTO and CIO levels Qualifications Required: - Evidence of leadership over a team of architects, providing direction and delivering architectural solutions - Track record of managing large-scale changes and delivering effective solutions - Experience in managing stakeholder relationships at the CTO and CIO levels Additional Details of Capgemini: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a diverse team of 340,000 members in more than 50 countries.
