Solution Architect-ERP Fusion Finance/ PPM/ Accounting Hub (AHCS)/ Risk Management (RMCS)

As a Consultant with Finance Experience at Oracle Global Services Center (GSC), your role involves offering advice and expertise to clients to help them improve their business performance in terms of operations and structure. You will work closely with clients to design, build, and implement strategic Solutions that can enhance their business performance. Your responsibilities will include adapting existing methods to create optimal solutions for complex business problems, understanding clients" strategic requirements, and offering suitable Solutions. You will interact with peers and/or management at a client and within Oracle to drive successful project delivery and align finance with business strategy. Specific responsibilities may include: - Supporting project teams in delivering various initiatives to align finance with business strategy - Developing finance strategies and implementing end-to-end Cloud ERP and Enterprise Value business solutions - Supporting the development of Oracle's IP through market research, capability development, and knowledge management - Staying updated on advancements in regulations, technology, and innovations in Finance & Accounting Basic Qualifications: - Minimum of 8 years of combined finance and ERP consulting experience - Solid understanding of the Finance function, operating models, and process best practices - Knowledge of Niche Modules like Financials Accounting Hub (FAH), Advanced Collections, Treasury, Risk Management - Ability to communicate effectively with clients, lead requirement workshops, and document requirements - Proficiency in developing presentations using MS Office tools - Bachelor's degree in Commerce; Advanced Degrees like CA, CPA, ICWA, MBA Finance are desirable Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with ERP technology implementation (Oracle) - Familiarity with Finance technologies such as EBS R12 & Fusion - Industry experience in Telecommunications, Banking and Financial Services, Public Sector Retail, Engineering and Construction, Professional services Professional Skills Requirements: - Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills - Leadership and time management capabilities - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Desire to work in the management consulting industry with a deep interest in financial services It is our intention for our people to work where they live.
