Responsibilities
Lead SAP AD (Mainly new world SAP S/4) deals with global scope (5 to 25 M Euros), take end to endresponsibility of entire SAP Solutioning, bid response by putting together and working with a solutionteam/SME's.Appropriately position and promote Capgemini's SAP offers/assets in the opportunity contextDrive the solution strategy by working with account team/sales/partners and shape the deals in tunewith the competitive scenario, client priorities, technology suitability/viability with Support from SeniorSolution Leaders in the teamDefend developed solutions and offerings internally at the BU/MU/SBU levelPlan, lead, present solution in client meetings/orals/workshopsInteracting with customers, understanding the requirements, proposing solutions / methodology etc.Leading the New SAP (S/4HANA- OP/Cloud/Leonardo/AI-ML) adoption initiatives in the context ofDigital Transformation in the customers journey, clearly demonstrating the business value.Drive innovation/transformation agenda in large existing accounts, provide delivery and solutionassuranceSupport and guide solutions and offering in the Capability (COE)Drive competency agenda and ideate new innovative solutions/PoC's/PoV'sProvide expert support to various projects and delivery engagementsGuide, develop, mentor a team of architects and continuously drive Solutioning capabilityenhancement/improvement/industrialization/reusability/automation
Skills And Experience
Should have 12 + yrs of SAP exp, deep routed knowledge in area of expertise at least one FICO, O2C,P2P, SCM, CRM etc. and good SAP Solution Integration knowledge, should have worked in pre-sales.Pre-sales solution architect having experience in leading large strategic deals (>10ME) centered aroundSAP. Understanding business requirements and designing solutions along with estimation, costing andcommercial offer to global customers.Strong hands on experience in any one of the SAP core modules .g FICO, P2P, O2C, SCM, Technicalstreams (5 yrs), Delivery Management experience in SAP AD implementation projects (5 to 7 yrs), incustomer facing roles, knowledge of S/4HANA, Suite on HANA and HANA database as a foundation is anadded advantage.Experience in leading SAP projects in the AD side 3 M to 10 M Euros,Expert understanding of overall process of implementation, migration, upgrade including sizing,architecture, configuration, management and day to day operation of SAP S/4HANA environment.Broad understanding across functional areas / in-depth process knowledge in one area.
