Solution Architect - DeX (Digital Workspace)

Role & responsibilities:

• Proficient in end-to-end solutioning of Digital workplace solution covering all the technologies that touches the end users.
• Experience in Tools Industry and trend analysis and aligning to future workplace strategy
• Primary focus on User Experience Management Tools (Uxm, DeX), Modern Management Solutions, DaaS & Field Services
• Expertise in Device Experience and overall value propositions leveraging multiple tools used in the industry (Nexthink, Lakeside Systrack, Aternity etc.,)
• Expertise in overall design and implementation of DeX tools
• Expertise in strategies to improve overall user experience using the DeX tools
• Strong hands on experience in responding to RFPs and building a proposal that is PPT based or word document based
• Expertise in estimating efforts for various digital workplace solutions end to end
• Expertise in building operating models for delivery
• Develop tailored solutions that meet specific client requirements
• Competent in Presenting the solution to potential global client

Preferred candidate profile:

Expertise in DeX tools Nexthink, Lakeside Systrack, Aternity etc.,) a priority

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, SCCM, Azure AD, and related technologies.

Architectural Frameworks: Experience with ITIL, and Agile methodologies.

Security & Compliance: Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards relevant to workplace solutions.

This role is integral to transforming and modernizing workplace environments, ensuring that DWP services are efficient, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.
