Job Title - Solution Architect (Finance)

Experience - 15+ years

Solution Architect will lead the technical and functional design for Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Record-to-Report (R2R) modules across multiple European regions. This role focuses on Oracle ERP (EBS 12.1.4) modulesparticularly General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Order Management, Warehouse Management, and Inventory. The architect will drive solution delivery, define scalable designs, support integrations, and contribute to transformation initiatives across a Pan-European landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact in Europe for all technical integrations with internal and external partners.
  
• Manage O2C technical and functional design using established methodologies and tools.
  
• Lead discussions and deliverables across stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and IT requirements.
  
• Support the entire O2C/R2R solution landscape, ensuring consistency and sustainability of designs.
  
• Collaborate with IT Solution Owners and Business Process Owners to design reusable, scalable solutions.
  
• Provide end-to-end solution support, including contributing to functional specifications, supporting development activities, integration testing, and solution implementation.
  
• Work independently while contributing effectively as part of a distributed, multicultural team.
  
• Participate in occasional travel for business meetings.
  
• Embody organizational culture and values while working towards shared goals.
  

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  
• 12+ years of experience in service-oriented IT architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
  
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of O2C modules (Order Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory, Receivables).
  
• Solid understanding of R2R module processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) within Oracle EBS 12.1.4.
  
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability to manage priorities, schedules, and technical challenges under pressure.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience collaborating in multicultural environments.
  
• Capable of translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  
• Experience working in geographically dispersed teams.
  
• Flexibility to work aligned with UK shift timings.
