Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Delivery

• Design and deliver end-to-end solution architectures aligned with business strategy and target outcomes.
  
• Lead cloud architecture initiatives across Azure and/or AWS, including platforms such as Salesforce and Databricks.
  
• Collaborate with senior leadership to refine our internal methodologies and enhance client value.
  

Enterprise Strategy Development

• Develop IT strategies, target-state architectures, and transition roadmaps.
  
• Apply structured frameworks across business, data, application, and technology domains.
  
• Ensure technology architecture aligns closely with business strategy and value chains.
  

Client Engagement & Leadership

• Work directly with senior stakeholders to understand needs and define strategic solution approaches.
  
• Provide leadership and guidance to architects, delivery teams, and cross-functional squads.
  

Governance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure that solution designs comply with architectural principles, security standards, and best practices.
  
• Participate in architecture reviews and support governance processes.
  

Innovation & Methodology

• Contribute to the continual enhancement of our Strategy & Architecture practices, frameworks, and tools.
  
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in cloud, integration, data, and digital platforms.
  

Skills & Experience Requirements

Essential

• Strong hands-on experience in at least one area: Cloud Architecture, Data Architecture, Integration Architecture, or Customer Experience Architecture.
  
• Understanding of enterprise IT strategies and transformation frameworks.
  
• Deep experience with Azure and/or AWS.
  
• Exposure to working with government, mid-sized enterprises, or large corporates.
  
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  
• Understanding of business architecture and how it connects to value delivery.
  

Desirable

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related area.
  
• Specialist expertise in one architecture domain with knowledge across adjacent domains (Security, DevOps, Integration, Infrastructure, Data).
  
• Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, or Salesforce certifications.
  
• Early-career hands-on experience in software development or infrastructure/network engineering.
