Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile professional to take on a unique role that combines strategic support with ownership of key business solutions. This position requires strong analytical ability, operational oversight, and the capacity to manage critical initiatives that drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership presence,problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.Strategic & Leadership SupportPartner with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring priorities are clearly defined, monitored, and executed.Develop executive reports, dashboards, and presentations to support informed decision-making.Track progress on critical initiatives, identify risks, and recommend solutions for timely resolution.Support organizational governance, performance reviews, and leadership communications.Solution & Process OwnershipOversee the lifecycle of enterprise and business solutions across HR, Finance, Clinical, and Business Intelligence functions.Translate business needs into solution requirements and ensure successful implementation.Collaborate with IT and functional managers to optimize systems, enhance user experience, and maintain compliance with global standards.Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and innovation.Operations & Project ManagementLead cross-functional projects and ensure milestones, deliverables, and budgets are met.Coordinate priorities across teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Manage change initiatives, supporting smooth adoption of new systems and processes.Use data-driven insights to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement.Stakeholder EngagementBuild trusted relationships with senior managers, leadership, and global teams.Facilitate effective communication across functions, ensuring clarity and accountability.Represent leadership in select forums, maintaining consistency in organizational messaging.Qualifications & ExperienceMBA or equivalent Masters degree in Business, Finance, HR, or Technology.10-15 years of experience in program management, business operations, or enterprise solution ownership.Proven expertise in HR, Finance, or Clinical/Healthcare operations.Strong working knowledge of enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG, Zoho, SAP, Oracle, BI tools).Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting, analytics, and presentations.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Experience working in global, matrix organizations preferred.Core CompetenciesStrategic Thinking & Analytical Problem SolvingLeadership Presence & Executive CommunicationProgram/Project Management ExcellenceBusiness & Financial AcumenStakeholder Management & InfluenceSolution-Oriented & Tech-Savvy ApproachAdaptability & Initiative
