SolidWorks Drafting/Design Engineer

As a SolidWorks Drafting/Design Engineer at our company, your role will involve working on Engineering Projects and conducting drafting, modelling, and detail engineering. You will report to the Deputy Manager of Engineering. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare 3D models for parts, pipe routing, and support using SolidWorks software. - Develop 2D detail drawings for machined components and assembly drawings. - Create drawings and issue them in PDM (Product Data Management). - Generate Bills of Materials (BOM) in SAP with the part coding system. - Ensure compliance with Armstrong Quality standards. Key Requirements: - Possess a clear understanding of preparing detail drawings for manufacturing, customer, and special process drawings. - Proficiency in using SolidWorks tools to deliver drawings within a short turnaround time. - Basic knowledge of piping materials and reference standards for flanges, fittings, and valves.
