- Performs advanced configuration and troubleshooting of
SolarWinds modules such as NPM, SAM, and NetFlow
Traffic Analyzer (NTA).
- Installs, configures, and troubleshoots SolarWinds on both
Windows and Unix platforms.
- Integrates SolarWinds with other IT Service Management
(ITSM) tools like ServiceNow.
- Develops and maintains custom monitoring policies, alerts,
and network topology maps.
- Provides expert technical assistance to customers and
resellers on product functionality and usage.
- Acts as the primary liaison between the company and
customers for technical support.
- Solves complex technical issues and works to improve the
customer experience.
- Identify solutions to customer issues by researching,
diagnosing, and troubleshooting problems with Riverbed's
solutions
