Solar Technician/Installer

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented individual to install, maintain, and repair high-quality solar panel systems for our valued residential and commercial clients. This role requires a strong foundation in electrical work, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation Excellence:
• Meticulously install and commission solar panel systems, ensuring precise mounting, secure electrical connections, and seamless integration of monitoring systems.
• Conduct thorough site assessments to determine optimal system design and feasibility, providing expert recommendations to clients.
• Maintenance & Repair Mastery:
• Proactively perform routine maintenance and comprehensive repairs on existing solar panel systems.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, ensuring optimal system performance and client satisfaction.
• Electrical Expertise:
• Perform a wide range of electrical work, including wiring, connections, and rigorous testing, adhering to all safety protocols and industry best practices.
• Quality & Safety Assurance:
• Prioritize safety in all aspects of work, ensuring strict compliance with all relevant electrical codes and regulations.
• Maintain the highest quality standards throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Customer Focus:
• Deliver exceptional customer service, effectively addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing clear, informative education on solar panel system operation and maintenance.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all installations, maintenance activities, and repairs, including system performance data and troubleshooting logs.

Qualifications:

• Education: ITI or Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience in solar panel installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of electrical principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
