Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission off-grid solar systems at customer sites
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of solar energy systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar installations
• Address customer complaints and provide timely support
• Manage daily battery swapping and collection from partner households using our EV vehicles
• Assist the team in retrofitting swappable batteries in old electric vehicles (EVs)
• Travel to other project locations as required

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficient in tools such as:
• Multimeter, Clamp Meter, Crimping Tools, Drilling Machines
• Good understanding of:
• Solar panel installations (DC and AC sides)
• Charge controllers, inverters, battery banks, and wiring systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair Solar systems independently
• Comfortable working in rural or semi-urban areas
• Strong communication and customer handling skills

Preferred Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
• 0–2 years of hands-on experience in Solar system installation and maintenance
• Knowledge of Lithium-ion batteries is a plus
• Valid two-wheeler license is a plus
• Communicate in local language - Telugu

Compensation

Stipend: Rs. 15,000 - 20,000
