Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Solar Technician to join our Tirur team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and commission rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems.
• Conduct site surveys, measurements, and feasibility checks before installation.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and servicing of solar panels, inverters, and related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in solar power systems.
• Ensure proper wiring, earthing, and safety compliance during installations.
• Maintain accurate reports of work completed and provide feedback to the supervisor.
• Assist customers with basic system operations and usage guidance.
• Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics or related field.
• Prior experience in solar installation and service preferred.
• Good knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, and solar equipment.
• Ability to work at heights and outdoor project sites.
• Problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
• Valid two-wheeler license (preferred).
