Job Summary:

We are hiring a Solar Technician responsible for installation, testing, and maintenance of solar PV systems. The candidate should have a technical background with basic knowledge of solar installation and willingness to work in field conditions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Install and commission rooftop/ground-mounted solar PV systems.

Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar panels, inverters, and wiring.

Assist in site surveys and system layout planning.

Ensure safety compliance and follow company installation standards.

Prepare and maintain reports of service/installation work.

Educate customers on system operation and maintenance

Qualifications:

ITI/Diploma/B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics).

Fresher or 1–2 years’ experience in solar installation.

Basic knowledge of solar inverters, net metering, and electrical circuits.

Work Environment: Fieldwork, outdoor conditions, and site visits.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month + travel allowances, based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
